In the development process of your electronics products prototypes constitute an important element in Develco Project Model for Product Development. To make the process from development to production as efficient as possible we have an Essemtec Fox 1 machine for assembly and production of prototypes in connection with your development projects.
Preparation of Electronics Products for 0-Series Production
Once the prototypes of your new electronics products have been tested and approved, the products are fully developed and ready for preparation for 0-Series production. Develco handles the production start-up of electronics products. We select sub-suppliers and make an agreement with an Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS partner for electronics production. Simultaneously we provide documentation with production and test specifications, and start-up plans for your new electronics products to make them completely ready for 0-Series production. Before electronics products are released for continuous production, we evaluate the quality of the first production of your electronics products.
From 0-Series to Continuous Production Management of Mass Production
After approval of the first 0-Series of your electronics products we take responsibility for the continuous production management with mass production of the products, if you lack process knowledge of electronics production. In the production operation we manage the daily order handling of electronics products at selected Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS partners. We support the EMS partners and ensure that the product quality and the quality of the production process follow the conditions agreed with you.
Production of Electronics Products throughout the Product Life Cycle
You probably want to keep your electronics products in the market for as long a time as possible. And especially if your products generate stable revenue, so that you do not lose earnings by removing the products from the range. We follow your electronics products throughout the product life cycle, provide engineering support to the selected EMS Partners, and make the necessary changes to the electronics products. Examples can be changes of product design or choice of replacements for obsolete components. In this way we help you extend the lifetime of your electronics products.
Additional Services with Product Management and Control of Electronics Production
Throughout the entire production process, we control the status of your electronics products and the electronics production of your products. As a result of the evaluation, we present possible improvements and changes to either the electronics products or the production of the products. In cooperation with Develco, you can choose between an ongoing evaluation or an evaluation on request. The purpose of the evaluation of electronics products and electronics production can be to optimize costs, replace obsolete components, or in other ways improve output and processes in the production of your electronics products.
