3.1. When you visit our website, we collect information about you which we use to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the ads appearing at the website. Collection of Personal Information

4.1. If you are a customer or you contact us from the website,, we collect the following general personal information about you, including: name, country, mobile number and email address.

4.2. Personal information is never passed on to a third party unless you explicitly consent to it

4.3. We do not collect any specific categories of personal information (sensitive information) about you.

Processing of Personal Information

5.1. We only process personal information to an extent where it is necessary. Among other things it can be necessary for us to fulfill our obligations according to agreements and related services. It can also be to live up to the obligations which we have as a Danish company being covered by Danish law.

5.2. Personal information is to be understood as defined in the Personal Data Act.

5.3. We do not profile you and do no abuse your personal information. In addition, we do not pass on your personal information without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

5.4. If you are a customer, we use your personal information to:

* Provide you with customer service and support, answer questions and meet your requests

* Execute your orders and deliver our services

* Handle customer relationship management with you

Sharing of Your Personal Information

6.1. We may share your personal information with the suppliers and co-operation partners assisting us in the execution of your order or with our IT operations, hosting, SMS gateway, etc. This means that we may e.g. share your information with our service providers, our technical support and our bank.

6.1.2. We share your information to an extent where we are committed to do so, e.g. as a result of reporting requirements to public authorities such as SKAT.

7.1 As a company responsible for data we do not share personal information with recipients outside the EU / EØS.

Protection of Personal Information

8.1. According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal information on computers with limited access and located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are regularly monitored to determine whether our user information is handled properly and in consideration of your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security by data transfers via the Internet. This means that there may be a (limited) risk of unauthorized access to information by others when data is sent and stored electronically. You submit thus your personal information at your own risk.

8.2. Personal information is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected is completed. Personal information is stored for a maximum period of 12 months after the purpose is completed.

8.3. The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. For that reason we reserve the right to update and change these guidelines with privacy policy for processing of personal information. If we do so, we will of course correct the date under point 9.1 “last updated” at the bottom of the page. In case of significant changes, we will inform you with a visible message at our website.

8.4. To the extent that personal information is processed about you, you have according to the Personal Data Act the right to be informed about which personal information can be traced back to you. If it turns out that the information or data being processed about you is inaccurate or misleading, you have the right to demand that it is to be corrected, deleted or blocked. At any time you may object to the processing of personal information about you. You can also revoke your consent at any time. At the same time you have the possibility to complain about the processing of personal information and data concerning you. Complaints are to be lodged to the Data Protection Agency according to the Personal Data Act § 58 pcs. 1.
