Since 2021 Develco has been an independent company in the Trifork Group with +1,200 employees.

Product Development
Develco takes responsibility for the product development of your technological product solution throughout all phases in the development process and the product life cycle. The development projects for our customers are typically within electronics, Internet of Things IoT, wireless communication, sensors, gateways, and motor controls. Our product development expertise comprises Hardware, Embedded Software and Edge Computing, Mechanical Integration, Design for Manufacturing DFM, Documentation – Tests – Approvals, and Prototypes.
Our full-service concept includes transformation of your interesting product idea into a successful ready-to-launch product solution with production management throughout the entire value chain and the product life cycle.
We develop your new product solutions. After completion of your development projects your company will be handed over all IP rights and complete documentation on the finished products.
Idea
In the idea phase we help with sparring about the choice of technologies. We clarify whether there is a match between your company’s wishes for development of a technological product and Develco’s development competences and resources.
Analysis
In the analysis phase we look together at your company’s requirements for the new technological product solution and clarify potential technological challenges. As a part of the clarification we might prepare a Proof of Concept POC for your company. Besides we elaborate an offer, a budget, and a time schedule for your development project.
Concept
In the concept phase we elaborate requirement specification for the development project upon approval of the concept. We agree to the final conditions about economy and deadline with your company.
Development
During the development we complete design, documentation, and prototypes and carry out all tests and approvals of your new technological product.
0-Series
After the development we put your finished developed product into 0-series production at a selected Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS partner. We test the quality of the production of your company’s new technology product and finish New Product Introduction NPI.
Production
When your product idea has been developed into a new, finished, and exciting technological product solution, the product is ready for mass production. Develco offers to take responsibility for production management and continuous maintenance of your new product, if your company lacks process knowledge about electronics production.
