From Product Idea to Analysis Phase
After the first initial meeting with you about your product ideas for new electronics products, we take the development process a step further in the analysis phase. We look at the requirements for the new electronics products, clarify potential technological challenges, and maybe prepare a Proof-of-Concept POC-project. In the analysis phase we clarify whether your ideas for new electronics products can be developed technically.
On to the Concept Phase in the Development Process
In the concept phase we elaborate requirements specifications for your electronics products and simultaneously make an agreement with you about the final conditions for finances and deadlines.
Completed Development of Electronics Products
In the development phase we complete the development and the design of the new electronics products and ensure that hardware, embedded software, and mechanics fit together. Besides, we provide complete documentation for your new electronics products and carry out all tests and approvals of the products. As a result of the development phase, you have finished prototypes of the new products, which are now ready for the very first electronics production.
First 0-Series Production of Electronics Products
Before start-up of volume production, we put the fully developed products into 0-Series production at a selected Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS Partner. The purpose of 0-Series production is to test the quality of the production of the new electronic products and finalize the phase with New Production Introduction NPI.
New Electronics Products Ready for Mass Production and Market Introduction
The subsequent mass production is not just about ordering a good number but requires knowledge and process experience to continuously maintain and support electronics production. Obsolete components, varying tolerances, and many other minor and major challenges require an effort to ensure that mass production of electronics products will succeed. Now the new electronics products are ready for launch at the market.
