In the concept phase of Develco Project Model for product development we offer to elaborate a Proof-of-Concept POC based on our development competences.
With a Proof-of-Concept you can uncover potential risks in a development project as early as possible and clarify whether your wishes for e.g. functionality can be implemented. Therefore it is a good idea to carry out a Proof-of-Concept before the development of new technical products, so that we can use time and competences optimally in the development phase.
The Concept Phase
In the concept phase we clarify and coordinate the expectations from the final development project. Before we start the development work, it is possible to test ideas for the finished product using standard hardware platforms such as evaluation boards and customized embedded software.
In Proof-of-Concept projects we start from our technological competences, but always use the most relevant development competences for your specific Proof-of-Concept project.
In a constructive co-operation with you we carry out your Proof-of-Concept project. Together with you we conclude whether your new product idea is realistic and can be developed into a final technological product.
The Development Phase
The next phase in Develco Project Model after the concept phase is the development phase, where we carry out the actual development process of your new technology product. We work with the development of complete new products:
In the development phase we produce prototypes which we assemble and test at our own prototype workshop to quickly approach the final design of your new technology product.
In product development we work based on the principle of Design for Manufacturing DFM, so that your new products are ready for production after the end of the development phase. We have extensive experience within electronics production and offer production management of your new technology products in collaboration with selected Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS Partners.
