From Idea to Fully Developed Electrified Product

Just like the exhibition area we offer our customers product development in Denmark from idea to fully developed product with electronics, embedded software, and wireless communication. We electrify the customers’ products so that they are ready for data collection and can be included in an Internet of Things IoT solution. In the development process we have a constructive dialogue with the customers to choose the right wireless technology based on the customers’ specific needs for the new digital electronics products as a part of their IoT solutions.

In-house Prototype Assembly

When the finished product solutions have been developed based on the customer’s requirement specifications, it is time to produce the first prototypes of the products. We have a wide and deep knowledge of electronics production. For assembly of prototypes Develco has an in-house SMT combination machine of the brand Essemtec Fox 1. We assemble prototypes ourselves in smaller quantities ranging from 1 to 50 pieces in connection with the customers’ development projects. When the customers have approved the prototypes, we subsequently offer to manage the production of the finished new electronic products in collaboration with external and strategically selected Electronic Manufacturing Services EMS partners.

Development of Complete Products
